Daniel graduated from Western University with an Honours B.Sc.in Biology. He is a CanFitPro-certified personal trainer with additional qualifications in Nutrition and Wellness, Stability Ball, and Older Adult Fitness. As a certified Stott Pilates trainer, Daniel offers a full range of Pilates Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair work in the well-equipped DFRx studio. Pilates techniques provide augmented strength training, core conditioning, body awareness and improved posture.
Daniel is a congenial, careful, committed trainer who is passionate about people learning to live their best life by strengthening and caring for their body. He lives what he believes and in his non-work hours can be found on canoe trips, biking, winter camping, or whipping up a healthy culinary delight.
